Camphor Economist Circle
The 1st Camphor Economist Circle (CEC) Workshop will be held in Guangzhou from 9th to 10th January 2016. It is hosted by the South China Normal University in association with The Camphor Economist Circle.
The 1st CEC workshop welcomes submission in all areas of economics. It is hoped that the papers presented at the workshop will represent a broad spectrum of applied and theoretical economics and econometrics. Young economists and graduate students are especially encouraged to submit papers. We are inviting full-length papers written in English to be presented at the workshop.
Paper submission
For those who are interested in presenting a paper in the workshop, please send your full paper in pdf version to cec2016@163.com by November 22, 2015. Please use subject “Your Name + Title of Your Paper” when submit. Authors will be notified of decisions by December 6, 2015.
Camphor Economist Circle
The Camphor Economist Circle (CEC) was initiated by youth scholars from Chinese Academy of Social Science (CASS), Harvard University, University of Toronto, and so on. It aims to create an open and free discussion platform for young scholars in economics from China and abroad.
Conference Fees:
There is no registration fee.
Grants will be provided to young researchers who present papers during the conference. The grants will cover accommodation expenses but not travel expenses.
